Here's what happens between you tapping Book and your kitchen shining. Most Bees arrive in about 10 minutes, walking from a Hive Hub within 800 metres.

Tap your rooms.
Your home's layout, as a simple map. Tap the kitchen and it fills with honeycomb; the time and price update as you go.
STEP 2
Pick your time.
30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. We suggest a duration based on the rooms and tasks you selected.
STEP 3
We find the nearest Bee.
Bees wait at a Hive Hub in your neighbourhood. The nearest free Bee, or your saved favourite, receives your visit.
STEP 4
Share a 4-digit code.
Your Bee enters your start PIN upon arrival to start the session. No code, no start.
STEP 5
Watch the calm timer.
No ticking seconds. Just a slowly filling hexagon that breathes calmly, and a checklist of tasks your Bee ticks off.
STEP 6
Rate, tip, save.
Tips go 100% directly to your Bee. Save them to My Bees to easily request them again next time.

What we don't do (for safety and quality)
- Deep cleaning (sofa shampooing, tile grout restoration, chimney dismantling)

- External window cleaning above ground floor
- Unsupervised care for infants or bedridden patients
