How we collect, protect, and minimize personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.
1. Data We Collect
We collect only data necessary to fulfill home visits: name, contact number, verified apartment address, and room layout selections.
We never track your background location when the app is not actively tracking a live Bee arrival.
2. Information Sharing with Bees
To safeguard customer privacy, Bees see only your general building name and approximate locality prior to accepting a booking.
Your exact flat number is revealed only after the Bee accepts the session and is physically en route.
All phone communications between customers and Bees occur via virtual masked phone lines. Your private number is never exposed.
3. Camera and Photo Privacy
Bees are strictly prohibited from taking photographs or videos inside customer premises.
Photos can only be captured for accidental damage reports with the explicit knowledge of the resident.
