Mutual principles of dignity, workplace safety, and respect inside the home.
1. Mutual Respect & Zero Tolerance
Every Bee is a trained professional and equal member of our community. Verbal abuse, caste or religious discrimination, harassment, or derogatory treatment from either party results in immediate and permanent account suspension.
We never refer to Bees as 'maids' or domestic servants; language matters.
2. Walk, Don't Run
We never penalize Bees for minor transit delays caused by traffic, weather, or apartment security gate clearance.
Safety always takes priority over speed.
3. Right to Leave an Unsafe Home
Bees possess an unconditional right to immediately exit any household where they feel threatened, unsafe, or subjected to inappropriate conduct.
In such cases, the Bee receives 100% full payment for the booking, and our emergency dispatch team is alerted instantly.
